Mr. Zingis has been a NJDEP Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) since the inception of the requirements in the New Jersey Site Remediation Program (NJSRP). According to this program, individuals, corporations, and governmental entities are required to retain an LSRP to address environmental compliance issues. This includes the “Due Diligent” inquiry of properties for the purposes of real estate transactions through Preliminary Assessments, Site Investigations, Remedial Investigations and Remedial Actions. This may further include the discharge of hazardous substances to the environment (accidental spills), NJDEP’s Underground Storage Tank Program and the Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA Compliance). Mr. Zingis coordinates services with NJ Licensed Laboratories, Well Drillers and Engineering / Surveying Services with the focus of compliance with the Site Remediation Program.
